This part of the feed will be treated as waste due to non-compliance, and will be directly discharged from the bypass valve of the granulation machine without entering the granulation machine, resulting in waste of raw materials and increased energy consumption.
The waste generated during the startup process requires additional manpower and material resources to be disposed of, resulting in poor on-site production environment.
